Founded in 2023, MOYOK is a biophilic creative studio focused on providing solutions for humans to live a more conscious lifestyle. We currently offer biophilic education and regenerative architecture services.

We want to redefine the concepts of home, success and comfort to include nature, interconnectedness and conscious living by means of architecture, art and technology that inspire people toward healing journeys of contemplation.

Our Design Process
We offer a fertile playground for a community of architects, designers, artists, researchers and builders to bring our purpose to life. We reimagine the process and purpose of real estate development. Treating it as a creative project, we work on telling a story since the early stages.
Looking at real estate development as an artist looks at a fresh canvas, we add thoughtful touches throughout the process, creating an experience that challenges the traditional ways of the industry.

AC: Artistic Collaboration
We collaborate with local and international artists to create work that is original, symbolic and bold. From conception, all the way to final touches, our artists are part of the team and ensure our spaces are alive with texture, colors, shapes and movement.
SJ: Sensorial Journey
We create spaces that engage all your senses, transporting you beyond the physical. From the initial stages of the project and all the way to our Customer Journey strategies, we offer architecture and services that prioritize memorable sensorial experiences.
RT: Research + Tech
We build future-forward spaces based on research, employing the latest tech right from the design stage to create sustainable and efficient buildings. We seek to create spaces of interactivity, connection and comfort. We look into every detail to make sure our projects are as performant and engaging as they can be.
